Free consultations
The free 15-minute consultation is a brief fit call to discuss your current goal, primary blocker, and whether a paid service is appropriate. It is not intended to replace a paid coaching or mock-interview session.
Paid bookings
Prices, duration, currency, and availability are shown during booking. A paid session is confirmed after the required payment is completed through the checkout presented by Calendly.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Paid sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the start time for a full refund or booking credit. Cancellations within 24 hours, including same-day cancellations, and no-shows are non-refundable unless an exception is approved by The Fullstack Bro. If The Fullstack Bro cancels, you may choose a full refund or a new session time.
Use the cancellation or rescheduling link in your confirmation email. The time the request is recorded determines whether it falls inside the 24-hour window.
Late arrivals and no-shows
Sessions end at the originally scheduled time. Arriving late may reduce the time available and does not qualify for a partial refund. A client who does not attend and has not rescheduled is considered a no-show.
Preparation and deliverables
Send requested materials before the deadline stated in the confirmation or intake instructions. Late materials may limit what can be reviewed during the session. Mock-interview scorecards are normally delivered within 24 hours unless another timeline is agreed in writing.
Professional guidance
Mentorship and interview preparation provide education, feedback, and professional perspective. They do not guarantee employment, interviews, promotions, compensation changes, or any other specific outcome.
Recording and conduct
Neither party may record a session without the other party's prior consent. Harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive behavior may result in the session ending without a refund.
